About WEBehavior
A dramatic shift has occurred in the behavior of online activists and extremists. As mainstream social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter become more widely utilized across the country, dangerous extremists have begun using these tools to share their feelings, intentions and threats. The core challenge facing many corporate security organizations is how to proactively identify alarming language found on social media and effectively determine when the threat is really putting their employees and business at risk.
WEBehavior is a security consulting firm that specializes in the online behavior and mobilization tendencies of activists and extremists. Directed by Alix Levine, a recognized industry expert in counterterrorism, our mission is to help clients manage these risks efficiently.
